1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using coachesdream.ai and the related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Information about minors may be provided only by a parent or guardian, or by an authorized team, league, or facility representative who has any necessary consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access it through unauthorized means, or scrape it except as expressly permitted.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as team information, rosters, photos, and documents). You grant Coaches Dream a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit your content, including any consent required to provide information or photos relating to minors.

6. Background checks and clearances

Coaches Dream provides tools to help organizations collect, store, and optionally AI-assist the review of volunteer clearance documents. We do not perform background checks, do not verify the authenticity or sufficiency of any document, and do not determine any individual's eligibility to volunteer.

Leagues, organizations, and users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and their own requirements (for example, state clearances and Little League rules). Any AI assistance is advisory only; a human reviewer is responsible for all decisions.

7. Fees and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Fees that leagues or facilities display on the Service are arranged directly between those organizations and their members. We do not currently process card payments and are not a party to those transactions.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service integrates with and links to third parties (for example, GameChanger data, external tournament listings, and registration links). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaches Dream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coaches Dream from claims arising out of your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
